Ans. To get the SalesTown Mobile App, follow these steps:
1. For Android users, visit the Google Play Store, search for "SalesTown," select the app from the results, and tap Install.
2. For iOS users, open the App Store, search for "SalesTown," choose the app, and tap Get to download and install.
Once installed, open the app and sign in using your SalesTown account credentials.
Ans. No, the SalesTown mobile app requires an active internet connection to function.
Ans. Yes, even if you lose connectivity while traveling, your location will still be tracked and you’ll remain checked. Once the connection is restored, the app will sync the data and update your location based on your movements during the offline period.
Ans. In the Prospects section, you can add, update or Assign the prospects or Convert them into the lead. Tap the + icon to create a new prospect, enter their details, and save.
Only Admin can also assign them to specific sales team members and track their status through the app.
Also, To Convert Open the respective Seeding detail page, click on Convert to lead button, Fill the form.
Ans. Yes, admin can view the visit history of the team members. In the Geo Tracking section, choose manage visits, select a team member from the filter to see their past visits, including the location, date, time, and duration of each visit.
Ans. To add a new lead, navigate to the Leads section, tap the + icon, fill in the required lead information such as Organization name, name, contact details, and source, and then save. Your lead will be added to the system and can be accessed from the Mobile and Web application.
Ans. Yes, the app will send push notifications for scheduled follow-ups, tasks, visits or meetings. Make sure to enable notifications in the app settings to stay updated on your tasks.
Ans. When you arrive at a client location for a meeting, go to the Geo Tracking section from the side bar and tap green colored Check-in icon, fill the form.
Once the visit is complete, return to the same section and tap red colored Check-out icon and fill the meeting output to record the visit duration and location.
Ans. Yes, in the Reports & Analytics section, you can view real-time analytics, including lead report, Daily sales activity report, Consolidated dashboad report. These metrics help you evaluate your business performance on the go.
Ans. No, you can’t create custom fields from the mobile app but you can create custom fields using Web Application.
