In every Sales CRM, a lot of data is processed at all times. Therefore it gets problematic for a user to get a clear picture of the exact figures of data relating to sales and Leads in a particular time frame. It may not suit every client using a sales CRM to look at the data presented in some traditional elementary format. Thus, SalesTown chooses crucial figures more satisfyingly. Along with the data being displayed in Grid View and ListView, the SalesTown also offers various reports for a better glimpse at the numeric value. The reports consist of distinct options right on the dashboard, i.e., Progress Report, Daily Sales Activity Report, and Lead Report.
Once you Sign Up or Login to the SalesTown CRM, you will see the Essentials icon on the SalesTown dashboard, as shown here.
Click on the icon and a drop-down list will open. The drop-down list will have multiple options like Approvals, Calendar, User logs, Reports, etc. When you click on Reports, another drop-down menu will open where you will have an opportunity to choose the kind of report you are willing to see. If you want to track the progress of your business organization, then you can view the Progress Report, if you're going to see the Daily Sales Activity or Leads report, click on the Daily Sales Activity Report and Leads Report respectively.
View Sales in Graphs
Each of the reports, as mentioned above, consists of pie charts and bar graphs for a comprehensive and exceptional view. The charts and graphs acknowledge the activities which have been added and completed in the last 30 days. Each report has Activity Insights for a comparative study between the activity added and activity completed. You can also connect to a user through e-mail or over the call from these reports instantly.
